We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Twin Engineer to join our dynamic research team at Dalhousie University. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of ocean industries, leveraging your expertise in digital twin technology to address real-world challenges.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital twin models for various ocean industries, such as marine transportation, offshore energy, and aquaculture.
  • Utilize your expertise in data analysis, modeling, and simulation to create accurate and insightful representations of complex ocean systems.
  • Collaborate with researchers from diverse disciplines to integrate data from various sources and develop comprehensive digital twin solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative research methodologies and tools for digital twin applications in the ocean domain.
  • Disseminate your research findings through publications, presentations, and reports.

Required Qualifications

  • A strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++.
