Job Title: UK Market Digital Lead Engineer
Location: UK Wide
Salary: Circa £65,000 + (car allowance) + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a UK Market Digital Lead Engineer. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the training and competency development of personnel working within the Automation, Digital, and Factory Floor IT teams across the UK Market.
- Lead the Digital and FFIT Networks, facilitating collaboration between all sites in the Market through regular meetings.
- Contribute to plans and designs for modification and improvement of Industrial and Automation Controls Systems (IACS) networks, machinery, equipment, and Factory IT infrastructure.
- Develop and deploy a market roadmap for Operations, covering Digital initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Drive the automation legacy elimination projects, ensuring timely migration to globally managed solutions across all UK factories.
- Assist with Engineering Functional Compliance audit compliance with both local legal legislation and internal standards (ST-907) for the UK Market, coordinating regular meetings with all factories.
Requirements:
- Proven track record within Engineering Automation and Digital disciplines.
- Good knowledge of Factory Floor IT systems.
- Evidence of Influencing and Coaching skills to use within the Market network.
- Engineering Degree or equivalent.
