Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at HOPE IMMIGRATION AND CONSULTANCY INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and staff.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Administrative Support: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our team's work, and oversee the preparation of reports and documents.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office, with a strong understanding of computerized information filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, with strong organizational and communication skills.
