We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead our digital transformation initiatives in the Aerospace industry. As a key member of our Programs Digital Innovation Office, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of dedicated initiatives aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the integration of digital technology into various facets of the organization, including operational procedures and culture.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that drive business value.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business function needs and identify opportunities for digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and track plans to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate resources and ensure successful project delivery.
- Capture and identify ROI/benefits of digital solution technologies implementation.
- Connect digital transformation activities with other work streams to identify synergies and ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones.
- Provide regular status updates and risk management.
- University degree or college diploma in engineering with a focus on aerospace, artificial intelligence, data analytics, or technology implementation.
- 5-8 years of experience as a project manager or product owner with aircraft manufacturing experience and/or digital technology implementation.
- Supply Chain experience is an asset.
- Strong financial acumen is an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
