Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SJK Food Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory decisions and optimize resource allocation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights into sales trends, customer feedback, and operational performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift and move objects as required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
