E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist

In the role of E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial part in delivering an outstanding customer experience for our online shoppers through the precise and timely dispatch of their orders.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure exceptional customer service by completing orders promptly. Communicate order statuses, inquiries, and issues through various channels. Modify orders to align with customer requirements. Investigate potential shipment delays and coordinate with third-party logistics providers.
