Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Director to lead our dining operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our food service sites, innovating solutions, and executing plans to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to maximize their contributions.
    • Coach employees to create a shared understanding of goals and objectives.
    • Reward and recognize employees for their achievements.
  • Client and Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service using industry-standard models.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify client needs and effectively communicate operational progress.
    • Adopt industry-standard processes and systems.
    • Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls.
    • Ensure full compliance with operational excellence fundamentals.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
    • Comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
    • Meaningful experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong analytical, project planning, and financial management skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff.
