Opportunity Overview

Sinclair Dental Ottawa is a leading dental supply company with a strong reputation in the Canadian market. We are seeking a skilled Commissions Administrator to support our finance team with monthly commission payments and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process monthly commission payments for the sales team
  • Reconcile and verify commission payments and bonuses
  • Manage sales employee and consultant records
  • Distribute monthly sales reports and Statement of Commission (SOC) invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to consultants and employees
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of two years of administration experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in preparing and analyzing account reconciliations, as well as advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
