Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team at Creation Technologies. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in the commissioning, validation, and sustaining of customer-supplied and Creation-designed test systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Focused Team to establish optimal production test strategies
  • Implement Design for Test (DFT) philosophy to ensure high production yields
  • Work with fixture developers and suppliers to procure test equipment and coordinate its implementation
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and technical support teams to resolve test-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and debug test system hardware and software
  • Maintain, upgrade, and repair test systems and fixtures
  • Develop and revision-control test system documentation
  • Commission and validate test systems for functionality, performance, and test coverage
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support for production test teams
  • Support continuous improvement of manufacturing test systems already in production
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing test environment
  • Solid understanding of digital and analog circuitry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in the use of test and measurement instrumentation, including analog, digital, and RF
  • Experience with In-circuit Test, Boundary Scan, and Flying Probe
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design and develop test fixtures and associated test software
  • Experience with NI LabVIEW/TestStand or Visual Studio (C++, C#, VB)
