We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza of Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting expectations
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
