Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sawridge Management Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
