As a Creative Strategist, you will be pivotal in client engagements, working closely with our Revenue team to provide exceptional service tailored to the distinct creative requirements of each client. Your communication skills will be instrumental as you effectively present the capabilities and services of our Creative Studio, offering strategic insights that enhance brand visibility and achieve campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering creative direction, strategic insights, and performance recommendations grounded in data and experience to enhance client campaign KPIs.
  • Serving as a subject-matter expert on creative strategies to assist our Sales team in acquiring, expanding, and retaining clients.
  • Exhibiting exceptional project management skills by managing multiple creative requests from initial brief to asset delivery, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
  • Collaborating with our vibrant Production Team to produce innovative ad creatives that align with client guidelines, exceed expectations, and drive campaign success.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, and/or art direction. Graphic design experience is advantageous; please provide work samples if available.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling concepts that form the foundation of creative initiatives.
  • Experience in direct client communication and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in creating advertisements, campaigns, or promotional content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, websites, and paid advertising.
  • Additional consideration will be given to candidates with advanced skills in graphic design, programmatic advertising, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, and/or fluency in French, Spanish, or German.
