Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  2. Collaborate with directors, designers, writers, developers, and specialists to implement marketing plans.
  3. Produce detailed reports, strategy reviews, and future recommendations for our clients.
  4. Regularly review and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve strategy effectiveness. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ROI.
  5. Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and gather insights that inform client strategies. This includes analyzing competitor strategies, identifying market opportunities, and understanding emerging consumer behaviors.
  6. Actively participate in monthly meetings, guiding decisions to maximize client investment and outcomes.
  7. Act as the primary strategic contact for key clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships. Ensure consistent communication and understanding of their evolving business needs and objectives.
  8. Regularly report on KPIs to the VP Marketing, contributing to the division’s success.
  9. Lead in coaching, training, and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  10. Stay ahead of marketing trends, sharing insights to propel company-wide innovation.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Must have 5 years of recent agency experience.
  2. 8+ years in marketing execution.
  3. Demonstrated success in various marketing domains, including digital, traditional media, and social platforms.
  4. Post-Secondary education in marketing, digital marketing, business, or communications.
  5. Deep experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, StackAdapt, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  6. Exceptional skills in digital advertising planning and media buying.
  7. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office 365.
  8. Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
  9. Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex marketing challenges and drive successful outcomes.
  10. Solid grasp of business metrics and client objectives.
  11. Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  12. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  13. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  14. Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  15. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present strategies and insights clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
  16. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  17. High level of attention to detail in all tasks.
  18. Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Certifications are required.
