About the Role

Pocketcash ATM's is seeking a skilled Drywall Specialist to join our team. As a Drywall Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall in various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners and fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets, positioning and securing them to metal or wooden studs or joists
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Install exterior and interior steel studs
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English
