About the Role

Pocketcash ATM's is seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners and fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets, positioning and securing them to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound to create a seamless finish.
  • Install exterior and interior steel studs, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
