We are seeking a skilled Drywall Specialist - Painter to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drywall installation, painting, and general repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to ensure a smooth and even finish
  • Apply a range of finishes, including texture and paint, to create a professional-looking finish
  • Remove old or damaged drywall and replace with new material
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks using a trowel and broad knife
  • Tape and embed joints to create a seamless finish
  • Texturize surfaces to create a unique and professional finish
  • Prepare sites for drywall installation and painting

Requirements

  • Experience working in construction environments with tools and the skills to use them
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, passion for quality, and pride in work
  • A safety mindset
  • Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record
  • Ability to communicate in English
