About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Red Autumn Brewing Company Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that our products are stored, handled, and shipped efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that products meet quality standards.
  • Safety and Security: Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a forklift certification.
