About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Happy Motel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Reservations and Management
    • Take, cancel, and change room reservations in a timely and efficient manner
    • Process guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Guest Services
    • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions
    • Assist guests with directions and recommendations for local businesses and activities
  • Departure and Billing
    • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that all guest accounts are accurate and up-to-date
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a fair and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Other Benefits
