Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Happy Motel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments and check-outs
  • Take and manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes
  • Provide accurate and timely information on hotel facilities, services, and amenities
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
Work Environment

Our hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who is able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team setting.
