About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Professional to join our team at JAGWILL SOLUTIONS INC. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Develop software solutions by analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Full Lifecycle Development: Execute the full lifecycle of software development, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
  • Software Maintenance: Prepare plans to maintain software, upgrade and maintain existing software systems, and ensure they continue to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct usability testing, operate testing equipment, and perform security and quality controls to ensure the highest quality software solutions.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their software solutions meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in software development is preferred.
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess a client-focused attitude, take initiative, and demonstrate sound judgement.
