Job Title: Brand Experience Designer

At M Moser Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand Experience Designer to join our team. As a Brand Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in advancing design solutions and maintaining enthusiasm about achieving client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the brand experience team to conceptualize various components of the project's touch points and design deliverables that convey the desired message.
  • Support the BEx project lead in delivering brand experience work on projects and aligning brand experience deliverables with the overall project process and schedule.
  • Collaborate with the interior/architectural design teams and clients to align with the overall project vision and goals.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and design inspirations.
  • Generate conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, including hand-drawn and computer-generated visuals, and work with the Project Leader to align design complexity with the target budget.
  • Work with the brand experience team to prepare design documentation and pitches for new and existing clients.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Brand Experience or Graphic Design related role.
  • Experience working within an advertising agency, creative studio, in-house marketing team, or media organization, graphic design, branding, visual identity design.
  • Prior experience in Interior Design or Architecture is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or another related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the latest graphic design software is required (PS, Illustrator, Figma, SketchUp, InDesign, etc.).
  • Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent time and project management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent eye as a designer with a broad awareness of trends in design.
  • Creative ideas and a love for the craft of design in all forms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and experience effectively contributing to multiple projects at the same time.
  • Preferred working experience in creating production files.
