About the Role:
The Customer Success Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our technology-based products by our customers. This individual will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing training and support, and working with internal stakeholders to identify and address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer onboarding plans to ensure seamless adoption of our products
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our technology
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify and address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in a technology-based industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with project management and program management
