Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff and/or volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
- Marketing and Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products, and contribute to the development of business plans and budgets.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our business runs efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position, with relocation costs not covered by the employer.
- Area of Work Experience: Tourism.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, with travel expenses not paid by the employer.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Permanent Employment: Full-time position with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
