Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Scootin Kootenay Tours. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff and/or volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Marketing and Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality performance.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including payroll administration and office management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Permanent Position: Full-time employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language of Work: English.
