Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments by cheque, and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, establish work schedules, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
