About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Smith + Andersen. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical building services projects from conception to completion. This includes preparing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage electrical building services projects from conception to completion
* Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
* Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors
* Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
* Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Requirements
* 8-10 years of experience in electrical building services project management
* Strong knowledge of electrical building services systems and technologies
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* LEED Accreditation or experience implementing sustainable design is an asset
