The Application Remediator plays a crucial role in ensuring that our applications and systems are fully operational and compliant with the necessary standards. This position involves:
- Leading the strategic planning and execution of readiness initiatives for software applications, databases, and associated peripherals.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with client expectations and requirements.
- Assessing application specifications and identifying potential impacts on existing systems.
- Creating comprehensive documentation to support the Application Remediation Team's functions.
- Offering support for issue resolution and overseeing application upgrades.
- Participating actively in team meetings and client engagement sessions.
- Following established processes and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in an enterprise-level environment.
- Proficient in application and database testing and remediation practices.
- Strong understanding of software packaging methodologies.
- Ability to interpret clinical and business requirements into technical specifications.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office and project management tools.
