We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as preparing meeting materials and coordinating logistics.
