AutoCanada Inc / BMW MINI Laval is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant/Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant/Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the inventory process, ensuring the showroom and front line of the dealership meet manufacturer standards, and assisting the sales team with various tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing the inventory process using Google Sheets
  • Coordinating with other departments while respecting deadlines
  • Inspecting cars and recording their condition in Google Sheets
  • Keeping inventory up to date in Google Sheets
  • Moving vehicles inside and outside the dealership
  • Refueling vehicles
  • Ensuring the showroom and front line of the dealership comply with the manufacturer's standards
  • Assisting the sales team with various tasks

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Customer service skills
  • Attention to details
  • Experience in the automotive sector
