Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Manage front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

Our hotel is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
