Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, taking orders, and serving drinks and snacks.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to plan and present an enticing bar menu that caters to diverse tastes.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol and tobacco products.
  • Create visually appealing displays in the bar area to enhance the ambiance.
  • Assess customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations, upselling and suggestive selling techniques to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of liquor inventory and consumption.
  • Process payments for served beverages and ensure accurate reconciliation of receipts.
  • Prepare inventory requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
  • Adhere to all relevant food and beverage regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
