We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sylvan Lake Pizza Inc. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Menu Planning and Execution
- Work with our culinary team to plan and prepare menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 1 month of experience in a similar role.
