Food Service Supervisor

At 2ND WIND BREWERY AND EATERY, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and management of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and prepare regular reports to track key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
