Food Service Supervisor

At MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our guests and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food and beverage team to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting our high standards.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and beverage products meet our high quality standards and that our guests receive exceptional service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Client Focus: Strong focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Cultural Competency: Ability to provide cultural competency training and awareness to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Permanent: This is a permanent full-time position.
- English: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- 35 hours per week: This position requires a 35-hour workweek.
