Lead Supply Chain Strategist at COBS Bread

COBS Bread, recognized as a Great Place to Work CertifiedTM organization, is in search of a Lead Supply Chain Strategist to become an integral part of their Supply Chain division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain functions and guaranteeing the acquisition of premium ingredients and equipment for COBS' bakeries across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert raw data into insightful and visually appealing dashboards
  • Enhance project workflows and tasks for optimal efficiency
  • Ensure alignment with overarching strategic objectives
  • Deliver actionable insights through comprehensive market analysis
  • Simplify procurement procedures for enhanced effectiveness
  • Identify and source top-quality ingredients and equipment
  • Oversee vendor partnerships
  • Relay supply chain updates to franchise operators
  • Address franchisee concerns and foster supplier collaboration
  • Contribute to growth and success through diverse responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in related disciplines
  • Experience within the food service, franchise, or retail sectors
  • Proficiency in business analytics tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills
