The Marketing Manager at Triple O's is responsible for the strategic development, communication, execution, and assessment of a diverse array of responsibilities that yield measurable results for Triple O's – a thriving and reputable premium quick-service restaurant brand.
This full-time position is a remarkable opportunity for a dynamic, brand-focused, results-driven individual who is passionate about the restaurant sector. The ideal candidate will embrace challenges, excel in a fast-paced and often demanding environment, possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, and be adept at collaborating with guests, operators, agency partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This role necessitates close collaboration with the Triple O's Operations team, internal departments, and agency partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Strategy, Planning & Budget Management
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Business Development to formulate and implement the comprehensive brand strategy, including the annual marketing, media, promotional, public relations, and research plan/calendar.
Brand Stewardship
Maintain brand integrity across all communications, both internally and externally, from restaurant ambiance to promotional materials and media.
Menu Innovation
Provide insights and data to the culinary team regarding trends, competition, positioning, and opportunities. Collaborate with the culinary team on critical path development for core menus and promotional launches. Lead photo shoots.
Promotional Campaigns
Partner with agency collaborators to spearhead the creative development process, media, and promotional support, ensuring strategic brand alignment. Participate in pricing strategies for core and promotional menu items, ensuring financial targets are met. Assess the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Digital & Social Media Strategy
Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to create the annual digital strategy and plan. Oversee the content calendar and planning.
Brand Presence and Guest Engagement
Devise strategies to enhance brand visibility and foster positive sentiment.
Website Management
Develop, manage, and oversee the marketing plan and content for the Triple O's website.
Corporate Social Responsibility Programs
Oversee our CSR initiatives and inquiries.
Gift Card Management
Manage all gift card sales channels and communications.
Growth Initiatives
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Business Development and internal teams on the formulation and execution of the Triple O's growth strategy, including plans for new market openings.
Local Store Marketing
Work closely with Operations and Restaurant Managers to develop effective local store marketing tools to drive sales and transaction growth. Collaborate with Operations to identify sales decline drivers in underperforming markets/locations and create strategies to address them.
Additional Projects
Engage in special projects as assigned by the VP of Marketing & Business Development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma or degree in marketing or business administration with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in Quick Service or Full-Service Restaurant and/or retail.
- Experience in brand management or agency experience managing client accounts.
- A track record of creating innovative brand strategies.
- Knowledge and experience in digital/social media engagement, strategy, execution, analytics, and growth.
- Media buying experience is a plus.
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- A strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach to working with all members of the marketing team, as well as internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- A high level of proficiency in Office 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
