GardaWorld Cash Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Processing Lead to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to ensure that deadlines are met and our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Provide training and support to cash processing staff on procedures to ensure a successful operation.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate cash processing to meet daily scheduling requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Make daily reports to customers and maintain accurate records in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory control of all production supplies and equipment used in cash processing.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve processing problems, and recommend modifications to enhance safety, quality, machine efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience and/or knowledge of the cash services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to abide by operational and security policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and partnership orientation.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and active listening.
  • Availability: Available for days, evenings, and overnight shifts.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a noisy environment with a great deal of physical movement required.
