This role involves refining our brand portfolio to proactively respond to shifts in the connectivity landscape, ensuring each brand is distinctly positioned and delivers significant value to its intended audience.
As a key player, you will lead one of our brands while also engaging in strategic initiatives that span multiple products and brands, influencing their overall impact.
- Define the role of your assigned brand in supporting Intello Technologies' broader strategic goals.
- Refine the brand value proposition, focusing on competitive positioning, product offerings, support frameworks, and target demographics.
- Become the authority on the unique needs and behaviors of the target audience; collaborate across functions to assess and define strategic direction, advancing new differentiated value propositions.
- Serve as a brand steward for internal projects that challenge existing brand definitions, ensuring alignment or determining how new initiatives will manifest within the brand.
- Work closely with product owners to design new or adapt existing products to meet the needs of the target market, thereby enhancing conversion rates.
- Clarify what each brand represents, including unique positioning and target customer segments.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, possessing the ability to influence without direct authority to foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Exhibit a strong business ownership mentality, demonstrating a readiness to engage actively and step beyond conventional boundaries when necessary, coupled with a proactive approach.
- Possess advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Bring 4-7 years of progressive experience, ideally in product management, strategy, or product marketing roles.
- Have industry experience in telecommunications, management consulting, or brand management/CPG.
- Hold a post-secondary degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $94,000-$142,000 with Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%. Actual total compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.
