About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at THE SNOWFLAKE DESIGN COMPANY LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Ensure that all office supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist in the development and implementation of special projects, such as events, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives.
    • Contribute to the creation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Additional Skills
    • Experience with event planning and coordination.
    • Knowledge of business operations and management principles.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
