Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the successful performance of patient support programs, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and fostering strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior leadership on key client accounts, ensuring excellence in program execution and customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Establish performance standards and monitor achievement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Achieve Business Plan goals and meet financial targets established for the program.
- Lead the strategic planning process to evolve and grow the business, anticipating and responding to a rapidly changing market.
- Oversee program contracts, ensuring timely delivery of monthly billings and reports.
- Report all Adverse Events (AE) and Product Technical Complaints (PTC) immediately or as soon as possible upon becoming aware of the event.
- University degree or equivalent industry-related experience, with a strong background in healthcare or a related field.
- Seven to ten years of account management experience and/or previous pharmaceutical brand management experience or equivalent.
- Proven customer relationship and/or account management skills with direct client interaction.
- Strong financial acumen and hands-on budget management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of provincial drug reimbursement programs and third-party drug coverage issues, with bilingualism an asset.
