About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Developer/Data Solutions Architect to join our team at Atlantis IT Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale data solutions using Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Databricks
  • Establish cloud connectivity between different systems, including ADLS, ADF, Synapse, and Databricks
  • Troubleshoot and support large databases, testing activities, and database security issues
  • Design database backup, archiving, and storage, performance tuning, and ETL importing large volumes of data
  • Develop TSQL programming skills and experience with Azure Data Factory framework and Python scripting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with large SQL data marts
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes and Azure technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, organized, and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in financial institution data mart and.net application is an asset
  • Experience and expertise in Tableau driven dashboard design is an asset
