In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a crucial part in enhancing revenue channels by identifying new prospects, conducting lead research, and fostering connections with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to present Kal Tire's diverse service offerings to a broad spectrum of potential customers, including high-level executives of regional businesses. Furthermore, you will offer expert advice to key internal and external stakeholders regarding business development initiatives. WE PROVIDE

- Identify, negotiate, and secure new accounts to meet sales objectives.

- Partner with stakeholders to synchronize market strategies with relevant business goals.
- Employ performance tracking, reports, presentations, and other documentation as necessary to position Kal Tire as the preferred supplier.
- Compile and maintain client data in the CRM system to ensure up-to-date account information and insights.
- Document and monitor all metrics related to sales strategies; assess and develop client service and retention plans.
- Analyze sales data to inform and/or refine portfolio strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for Kal Tire among clients, internal partners, and the broader regional network; exemplifying professionalism and ethical standards.
- Maintain a high level of expertise regarding all Kal Tire products and services as required.
- Actively enhance business acumen for each client portfolio relevant to the role; stay informed on current market trends and technologies.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development; CSA or CSP designation is advantageous.
- Experience with Light Duty Fleet is preferred.
- Familiarity with the tire industry is considered beneficial.
- Ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- In-depth knowledge of Kal Tire's products and services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; customer service-oriented approach.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and other sales tools provided.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Valid driver's license is required.
