Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at SK Immigration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related field.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Budget Planning and Control: Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement effective policies and procedures to drive business growth.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business performance.
  • Committee Management: Direct committees and working groups to drive project success.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteer staff.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.

Supervision: The successful candidate will supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
