Position Overview

The Pastry Production Supervisor at Bakerrae plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our bakery. This position requires a blend of culinary expertise and managerial skills to ensure the highest quality of baked goods.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare various doughs for pastries, breads, and desserts, as well as batters for cookies and cakes, following established recipes or custom orders.
  • Oversee the baking process for mixed doughs and batters.
  • Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Decorate and frost cakes and other baked items to meet customer specifications.
  • Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards set by the company.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Operate and maintain bakery machinery efficiently.
  • Manage inventory and organization of baking supplies.
  • Supervise the sales and presentation of baked goods to enhance customer experience.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a bakery setting.
  • Permanent position with a commitment to excellence.
  • Work language: English.
  • Work hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
