About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at POK Global Care Inc. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication administration, ensuring timely and accurate dosing.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands, providing safe and reliable transportation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a care-related field, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Valid certification in CPR and First Aid, or willingness to obtain.
