Overview

The Quaker Customer Insights Manager plays a pivotal role in driving category growth and share at LCL banners. This position requires a deep understanding of customer strategies, corporate direction, consumer and shopper insights, category trends, and competitive activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category plans to grow share and volume in PepsiCo Foods categories at LCL, leveraging a thorough understanding of the market mix of Promotion, Pricing, Placement, and Product Assortment.
  • Build and create tools, scorecards, and presentations to provide recommendations on category strategy, utilizing LCL LDIA, Nielsen Market Track, Ad Insights, and Assortment Optimizer.
  • Support Quaker customer teams with analytics to assist in meeting sales and share targets, while driving profitable growth for both parties.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and NielsenIQ CIP platform.
  • Understanding of grocery retail merchandising and Dunnhumby experience.
  • Skilled in communication, presentation, prioritization, and ownership.
