About the Role:

The Quaker Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of category plans to grow share and volume in PepsiCo Foods categories at LCL. This role requires a thorough understanding of the complete market mix of Promotion, Pricing, Placement (merchandising), and Product Assortment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present category plans to drive growth and profitability in PepsiCo Foods categories at LCL.
  • Build and maintain relationships with LCL stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of category plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage insights and analytics to inform category strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform category plans.
  • Support Quaker customer teams with analytics to assist in meeting sales and share targets.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • Retail experience in the grocery retail industry.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of grocery retail merchandising and category management.
  • NielsenIQ CIP platform and Dunnhumby experience.
