We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Insights Manager to join our Quaker Foods team at LCL. As a key member of our customer insights team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category plans to drive growth and share in PepsiCo Foods categories at LCL.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and present category plans to grow share and volume in PepsiCo Foods categories at LCL, leveraging market mix analysis and customer insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with LCL stakeholders, including Director-level contacts, to drive category growth and share.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform category strategy and recommendations.
- Support Quaker customer teams with analytics to drive sales and share growth.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in grocery retail.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of grocery retail merchandising and category management principles.
- NielsenIQ CIP platform and Dunnhumby experience a plus.
