TRUE Consulting is seeking a qualified Civil Engineering Specialist to contribute to our projects. The ideal candidate will be a Professional Engineer with a strong background in municipal infrastructure and land development, dedicated to collaborative project execution.

This role will primarily support land development efforts, tailored to the candidate's expertise and interests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed designs for municipal and land development projects.
  • Preparing and coordinating technical documentation, including calculations, reports, and regulatory submissions.
  • Assisting Project Managers in all facets of project delivery, encompassing design, management, construction oversight, and client communication.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil engineering or land development, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Professional Credentials: Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in municipal infrastructure design and project management.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with WaterCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and related tools is advantageous.
  • Communication: Strong report writing and verbal communication skills.
