Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Glazier to join our team at Phoenix Glass Calgary Inc.. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in glass installation and finishing, ensuring high-quality results in every project.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ascertain project requirements.
  • Accurately measure, mark, and cut glass materials.
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or other glass products.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Utilize a belt sander or smoothing wheels to refine rough edges.
  • Set up and calibrate glass finishing machinery as needed.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
